Our order processing begins within 8 hours of receiving payment, which may include sourcing materials, scheduling production, packaging, and internal coordination. Because our processing times are strict, cancellations beyond 24 hours or after production has started are no longer eligible.

Why Are There Cancellation Fees?

Each order requires real labor and processing costs,from communication with manufacturers to packaging, inspection, and logistics. Cancellation fees help offset these sunk costs and maintain fair pricing for all customers.

 

 Order Modification

You may modify your order before it enters production. Changes such as size, accessories, or wig selection can be made free of charge if the order hasn’t been processed yet. Once production starts, no modifications or cancellations are possible. Any updates at that stage must follow our Return & Exchange Policy.

 

Return Policy

Please inspect the doll immediately upon receipt.

We recommend recording an unboxing video before unboxing, showing the doll (head and body), shipping label, and packaging. If you notice any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the doll. Please provide clear photos, videos, and a description of the problem. We welcome detailed feedback and will promptly address any issues based on photos. If you are unable to provide feedback, we will assume the product is in good condition.Please do not return dolls without prior approval.

 

Shipping Damage

If the package arrives with significant external damage, please file a claim immediately with the shipping provider. Depending on the severity, we will either send you a new doll or a repair kit for minor issues.

 

Lost Package

If the tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’treceived the package, immediately contact UPS or FedEx to file a claim. Most of our shipments require adult signature confirmation to minimize this risk.

 

Return Conditions
