We handle customs clearance for the USA (7-12 days), UK and EU (12-15 days, expedited shipping), and Asian countries (5-12 days). For other countries, the process is generally straightforward, and we will do our best to assist you. Issues are rare, but if customs problems occur, please respond promptly to ensure you receive your doll.

Regarding Tariffs/Duties:

For full-size sex dolls and sex dolls with robotic functions, if you reside in the USA, UK, and EU, we provide a service by default to help prepay import duties.

Customers in other countries may need to pay import duties according to local laws. Please contact customer service for specific information based on the doll model. We will handle all communication with customs, so you don’t need to worry.

Additional Information:

Due to significantly higher shipping costs to New Zealand, we charge an additional shipping fee of $100 to $300 based on the package’s weight and dimensions. Please contact our customer service for more information.

Before Shipping

Our quality inspectors will carefully check every detail of the doll, and we will take photos for you before shipping. Please double-check to ensure your shipping address and email address are correct. Also, ensure our emails do not go to your spam folder.

 

Packaging

We care about your privacy. All dolls are delivered in 100% discrete packaging. We pack the doll in a sturdy cardboard box to protect your privacy. The contents will be declared as “Mannequin” on the customs form. In some countries, customs may open the box to determine import taxes.

 

Delivery:

We use UPS and FedEx for all global deliveries.

Once you receive the tracking number, you can contact the courier to arrange a suitable delivery date.

You will receive a tracking number within 3-4 days after shipment, allowing you to track the journey. It will also be synced with your Dreammate account.

For UPS, you can join “My Choice” (free) to schedule a delivery date that suits you.

 

Ordering Process:

We cannot predict the weather or workshop busyness when you order. However, the following breakdown should give you a good understanding of the entire ordering process.

What Happens After Ordering a Sex Doll?

Here is the estimated production and delivery timeline for our dolls.

After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order details.

We will manually check your order to ensure all information is correct. If anything is missing or unusual, we will contact you for confirmation.

We allow a 24-hour grace period for any last-minute changes.

Your order is then passed to our workshop management and queued for production.

When your doll reaches the front of the queue, manufacturers and artists begin creating it. Estimated manufacturing time is 5 – 15 days, depending on the material.

Once completed, our staff conducts a thorough quality control check and takes photos (factory photos) for your approval.

Once you are satisfied (and any necessary changes are made), your doll is carefully packaged and prepared for shipping.

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number within 3-4 days.

Your doll then begins its journey to you!

We strive to ensure couriers contact you before delivery, but we also recommend contacting them directly upon receiving your tracking number to confirm your delivery requirements.

 

Shipping Costs

Free shipping to all countries! However, we do not ship to countries with strict laws against sex toys (e.g., most Islamic countries, India, Africa, Brazil). If unsure about your country’s laws, discuss this with us before purchasing to avoid issues involving refunds and fees. For countries like Canada, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and New Zealand, customs may charge import duties upon arrival. Shipping costs do not include taxes.

 

Customs and Taxes

Duties and taxes are controlled by customs and vary by destination country. The buyer is responsible for import taxes.

 

Damaged Goods or Packaging

Upon delivery, inspect the items for damage. If the product box is damaged, take photos or videos to file a claim with the carrier. If the doll is damaged during transit, we may need your assistance in filing a claim with the shipping company. Report any damage or missing parts within 48 hours by sending pictures/videos to infodreammate1688@gmail.com, and we will find the best solution promptly.
